Damages and Issues:

  • Upon receiving your order, please inspect it promptly. Should you encounter any defects, damages, or incorrect items, notify us immediately for evaluation.
  • We do not assume liability for damages occurring during transit. Due to temperature sensitivity, we recommend pickup from our designated location whenever feasible.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and assess your concern, we’ll inform you of the refund status. If approved, refunds (either partial or full) will be issued automatically to your original payment method. Please allow time for processing by your bank or credit card company.

Cancellations:

  • Should you wish to cancel your order prior to receipt, note that full refunds may not always be feasible due to our custom order process. Requests for cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the anticipated receipt time to qualify for a full refund.
